KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee home care and residential maintenance (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil)

• Lead and coordinate technicians for efficient service delivery

• Ensure timely closure of service requests and emergency calls

• Implement and monitor Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM)

• Conduct site inspections and maintain HSE compliance

• Utilize CAFM systems for reporting and performance tracking

• Maintain strong client and tenant relationships

• Promote and grow home care services in B2C market

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• 3-5 years experience in FM sector, preferably in homecare / residential maintenance

• Experience in promoting FM services in B2C market

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems

• Hands-on experience with CAFM platforms

• Strong communication and team leadership skills

PREFERRED

• UAE Driving License

• Flexibility for on-call duties
