The Meteorology Department has issued a warning of a sharp drop in temperatures, with minimum levels expected to fall below 3 degrees Celsius and reach below zero in some areas.

The department noted that the significant decrease may lead to frost formation, especially in agricultural and desert regions.

The warning will remain in effect until 8:30 a.m. tomorrow, Saturday.
