About the Role

Hamad International Airport is seeking a highly skilled and creative professional to join our team as Senior Graphic Designer – Wayfinding. This role is ideal for an experienced designer with a strong background in wayfinding systems and a passion for creating functional, visually impactful navigation solutions that enhance user experience in complex, high-traffic environments.

As part of our creative team, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the airport’s wayfinding strategy, ensuring seamless passenger flow and intuitive navigation throughout the premises.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of comprehensive wayfinding systems across Hamad International Airport.
Develop and maintain effective wayfinding solutions within live operational environments while ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
Apply expertise in user experience (UX), spatial design, and graphic communication to deliver intuitive navigation systems.
Create detailed wayfinding plans, including signage maps, directional graphics, and related visual elements to maintain and enhance the existing network.
Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate spatial challenges and identify passenger navigation needs.
Oversee the production and installation of wayfinding elements, ensuring accuracy, quality standards, and brand consistency are met.

This role requires strategic thinking, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class passenger experiences.
