Kuwait road closures:The General Traffic Department has announced the closure of the right and middle lanes, as well as the Al-Aqila and Al-Fintas intersection, on King Abdulaziz Bin Abdulrahman Al Saud Road (Al-Fahaheel Road) for motorists traveling from Kuwait City toward Fahaheel.

The closure will be in effect from Monday, December 8, 2025, until Tuesday, December 23, 2025.

How to Check Kuwait Visa Validity

Depending on your visa type, you have two easy methods:

1. For e-Visa Holders

Visit the official e-Visa portal of the Ministry of Interior: https://kuwaitvisa.moi.gov.kw/visa-instructions
Then:

Enter your e-Visa reference number
Enter your passport number
Complete the captcha
Click “Submit”
Your visa status will appear instantly.

2. For Visa Application Holders

On the same portal, go to the application status section:

Your current application status will be displayed.

Important Notes

You cannot use a Civil ID to check visa status.
