Key Responsibilities

Insurance Credit Sales Management: Review, classify, and approve pharmacy credit sales against specific insurance criteria to resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain contract compliance.
Claim Submission & Reconciliation: Monitor submitted claims, follow up on customer terms, and perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations, including write-offs, rejections, and bad debt management.
Aging & Financial Operations: Collaborate periodically with Treasury to monitor customer aging reports, process collection system entries, solve bank reconciliation issues, and manage property management rental collection entries.
