As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Finance Supervisor by assisting in day-to-day activities across the finance department to help meet our organization’s financial reporting needs. Responsibilities

  • Follow proper banking procedures and perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.

  • Ensure Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) are raised where applicable before non-stock ordering activities.
  • Participate in regular performance appraisals and deliver constructive feedback as needed.
  • Attend training programs to enhance relevant professional knowledge and skills.
  • Undertake additional training as identified by the Finance Manager to ensure professional development.

Must have requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Finance.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a finance department.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency using MS Dynamics or a similar ERP system.
