The Public Authority for Civil Information has launched a new certificate issuance service through the unified government app Sahl App, making it easier for citizens and residents to access official documents online.

In a press statement, the authority said the new service allows users to request several certificates, including previous nationality, previous name, previous address, and an English “To Whom It May Concern” certificate.

This step is part of the government’s plan to improve digital services, reduce paperwork, and save time and effort for the public.
