KUWAIT CITY: The Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) has launched a new electronic service that enables partners to renew their work permits online through the “As’hal” portal, as part of Kuwait’s ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

The authority said the new service allows partners to complete the renewal of their self work permits easily without the need to visit PAM offices or wait in queues.

According to PAM, users can access the Ashal electronic portal and complete the renewal procedures quickly, securely, and flexibly through the advanced online platform.

The authority added that the initiative aims to simplify procedures, accelerate transaction processing, and improve the overall quality of services provided to clients.

PAM reaffirmed its commitment to expanding and developing electronic services to enhance user experience and support the country’s digital governance strategy.
