We are currently seeking talented professionals to join our growing team in the following roles:

1️⃣ Etihad Guest – Customer Experience Specialist

Role Purpose

To represent and deliver high-quality service to members of the Etihad Guest loyalty programme by efficiently managing all member communication and providing premium, member-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming correspondence for the Etihad Guest programme, including member queries and internal communications (Call Centre, Airport, Lounge, Sales, Retail Offices).
  • Provide end-to-end premium service for High Value Guests and social media escalations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for complex cases escalated from senior management or unresolved frontline cases.
  • Ensure all documentation required by other departments is submitted promptly in line with operational procedures.
  • Track, document, and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
  • Assign and monitor cases to Call Centre agents where required.
  • Contribute to Etihad Guest programme enhancements and project initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in loyalty operations and provide knowledge-sharing support globally.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1–2 years of work experience (preferably in airline reservations, frequent flyer, or loyalty programmes).
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2️⃣ Technical Records Engineer – Power Plant

Role Purpose

The Technical Records Engineer – Power Plant leads and manages the complete lifecycle of Engine and APU technical records, ensuring full compliance with GCAA CAR-M.305, CAR-145, IOSA requirements, and company procedures. The role safeguards fleet airworthiness by ensuring the integrity and readiness of all power plant documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and control Engine and APU technical records from engine shops, MROs, vendors, and line stations.
  • Oversee subcontracted services (FlyDocs), including audits, binder build/top-up (AD, SB, LLP, modifications, repairs), and discrepancy closure.
  • Review and archive Engine/APU shop visit documentation.
  • Ensure records are audit-ready for Quality, Safety, and regulatory authorities.
  • Support lease returns, sales, and ownership transitions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of technical records standards and procedures.
  • Promote and actively contribute to a positive safety reporting culture.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Aircraft Maintenance License/Diploma.
  • Experience with Engine/APU LLP build-up, lease return documentation, and subcontractor oversight.
  • Strong auditing and technical records management expertise.
  • Proficiency in digital records systems (e.g., FlyDocs, AMOS).
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
