E-Commerce Coordinator(Warehouse)
📍 Location: Dubai

We are looking for a Junior E-Commerce Executive with 1 year of experience to support our online marketplace operations and warehouse activities. This role involves both system work and physical stock handling.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and update product listings on Amazon & Noon
• Handle order processing, returns, and inventory updates
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for daily stock movement
• Perform physical item checks and stock verification
• Match system stock with physical stock
• Prepare basic reports using Microsoft Excel
• Ensure timely dispatch and proper documentation

Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce operations
• Hands-on experience with Amazon & Noon seller platforms
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Willing to do both system work and physical stock checking
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
