Finance Controller & Reporting Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller & Reporting Manager to oversee multi-entity financial operations across the group. The role ensures accurate reporting, strong internal controls, disciplined cashflow management, and full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full monthly financial closing, including journals, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports
Perform intercompany reconciliations and expense allocations
Monitor project and division profitability; analyze and report variances
Oversee cashflow, liquidity, receivables, payables, and treasury operations
Ensure VAT and Corporate Tax compliance; coordinate external audits
Supervise and mentor accounting staff; maintain internal control adherence
Drive process improvements and ERP/system enhancements
Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and commercial information

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (Required)
ACCA, CPA, or CMA qualification (Preferred)
8–12 years of finance and accounting experience
Minimum 4–5 years UAE experience (Preferred)
Strong multi-entity reporting and monthly closing background
Experience in engineering, manufacturing, construction, or project-based environments (Preferred)
Advanced Excel skills and strong ERP knowledge (NetSuite preferred)

Cashflow, Treasury & Compliance – 8+ years
ERP & Reporting Systems – 8+ years
Multi-Entity Financial Management – 8+ years

Kinetics Group is growing, and we’re looking for an Acoustic Application Engineer to join our team and contribute to innovative acoustic and noise control projects.

This role is ideal for engineers passionate about mechanical acoustics, sound solutions, and technical problem-solving.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Perform acoustic calculations and develop effective noise mitigation solutions
• Coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors & project stakeholders
• Prepare technical documentation, calculations & compliance reports

✔ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 1–3 years of experience in mechanical acoustics
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit & Excel
• Strong analytical, technical & reporting skills
