The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has announced the launch of a new housing authorization service through the Sahel app, allowing users to complete the process electronically with ease.
According to PACI, the service enables users to add or cancel housing authorizations without the need to visit its offices, saving time and effort while improving service efficiency.
The authority stated that this step is part of its ongoing digital transformation strategy aimed at simplifying procedures and enhancing the quality of government services, in line with Kuwait’s vision for integrated digital solutions.
PACI encouraged citizens and residents to take advantage of the service via the “Sahel” app and stay updated on future developments designed to improve accessibility and user experience.
