As a Project Management professional in the Automotive sector, you will help build and strengthen an efficient project management organization. You will drive structured processes, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and create the right environment for teams to deliver strategic impact.

What You Will Do

🚀 Project Initiation & Governance

Implement and operationalize the project initiation funnel process within the Automotive sector.
Establish clear governance structures and ensure adherence to project management standards and work instructions.

📊 Portfolio Resourcing & Performance Monitoring

Collaborate with operational managers to monitor project performance and resource allocation.
Take a forward-looking approach to balance ongoing and new project demands.

🎯 Portfolio Execution & Delivery

Sign off on key deliverables.
Ensure projects perform within agreed scope, timeline, and budget (triple constraint).
Minimize revenue at risk through proactive oversight.
Anticipate and manage changes, accelerate activities when required, and escalate critical issues.
Support solution development and maintain strong customer alignment.
Continuously improve quality, efficiency, and learning speed across projects.

Who You Are

Passionate about the Automotive industry and chip technology ecosystems
Experienced in project management and/or proposal writing, including planning and milestone execution
Skilled in customer presentations and relationship management
Strong sense of ownership with a drive to grow programs
Persuasive, assertive, and proactive while maintaining a constructive mindset
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Comfortable working in multidisciplinary and cross-cultural environments
