Career Opportunity – Front Office (Hospitality)

About the Function

This role ensures an exceptional Guest Experience within a highly empowered hospitality environment. You will represent the Emaar brand throughout the guest journey — delivering a flawless stay from check-in to check-out and ensuring every guest becomes a loyal ambassador of our properties.

What You Will Do

Conduct all Front Office operational tasks in line with service standards
Deliver personalized guest interactions with a genuine service mindset
Prevent complaints through proactive service excellence
Ensure effective service recovery when required
Collaborate closely with fellow ambassadors, always prioritizing guest satisfaction
Go the extra (s)mile to create memorable experiences

What You Will Need to Succeed

Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence
Minimum 4 years’ experience in hospitality
At least 2 years in a supervisory role within a 5-star environment
High school diploma required (Hotel Management degree preferred)
Proven experience in a similar 5-star hospitality role
