RIS is an authorized International Baccalaureate (IB) World School offering education from Early Years 1 through Grade 12. Our vibrant community includes more than 3,200 students representing over 80 nationalities and speaking 45 mother tongues. The IB curriculum is internationally respected for its relevance in today’s multicultural and global society. Campus & Facilities

RIS first opened its doors in 2006 and has grown into one of Abu Dhabi’s most sought-after schools. In 2019, the school expanded to include a second campus: Khalifa City Campus.

Gardens Campus

Located on 14 acres within the Raha Gardens development in Khalifa City, the Gardens Campus features landscaped grounds, open piazzas, palm-lined walkways, and expansive play areas. Classrooms are spacious, bright, and fully equipped with modern technology to support research, collaboration, and innovation.

Khalifa City Campus

Situated just seven minutes from the Gardens Campus, the Khalifa City Campus is a state-of-the-art facility designed to serve students from Early Years 1 to Grade 12. It includes a purpose-built Early Years Centre with safe, innovative, and collaborative learning environments, along with outstanding indoor and outdoor sporting facilities.

Registrar

Raha International School – Khalifa City Campus

Role Purpose : The Registrar is responsible for overseeing the admissions and enrollment process, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for prospective and current families. The role plays a key part in student recruitment and retention while maintaining accurate administration and full compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements.

The Registrar acts as a central liaison between parents, academic staff, and internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing communication.

Key Responsibilities : Managing Inquiries

Respond to initial inquiries from prospective families, both locally and internationally
Provide clear, accurate, and timely information regarding admissions requirements and procedures
Guide families through each stage of the enrollment journey

Customer Journey Management

Deliver a professional and welcoming admissions experience
Support student recruitment and retention through proactive follow-up
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing families

Administrative Responsibilities

Maintain accurate student and family records in line with school policies and data protection standards
Manage admissions documentation, including enrollment forms, visa documentation, and supporting paperwork
Ensure compliance with internal processes, regulatory requirements, and deadlines
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students

Communication

Maintain consistent daily communication with parents, students, academic staff, and visiting families
Serve as the primary point of contact for admissions-related queries
