Your Day-to-Day

• Maximize room revenue by converting telephone enquiries into confirmed sales
• Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel products and services
• Handle reservation enquiries via phone, fax, and email
• Manage bookings from Tour Operators and Destination Management Companies (DMCs)
• Address guest queries and complaints related to reservations
• Identify sales opportunities across corporate accounts, wholesalers, and travel management companies
• Process entry visa requests for corporate accounts
• Operate the Opera Reservations System efficiently (input, retrieve, revise bookings)
• Maintain organized records of booking correspondence
• Maintain billing documentation (LPOs, vouchers, etc.)
• Ensure accurate market segmentation for each reservation
• Merge guest profiles where required
• Effectively use the hotel’s telephone system

What We Need From You

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a 4* or 5* city hotel in Dubai
• Familiarity with Opera PMS
• Strong revenue awareness and technical reservation skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Flexible and adaptable mindset
• Fluency in Arabic

Origins (1777–2002)

• The company traces its roots to 1777 when William Bass established Bass Brewery in Burton-upon-Trent.
