Join Cisco’s Expert Pre-Sales Team

Cisco is seeking a highly experienced Solution Engineer to join its dynamic pre-sales team in Dubai. This is a strategic, customer-facing role where you will act as a trusted technical advisor, shaping large-scale digital transformation initiatives across the UAE’s public and private sectors.

You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to architect, present, and validate innovative solutions across networking, data center, cloud, cybersecurity, and AI domains.

🌍 Your Impact

As a Solution Engineer, you will:

Serve as the technical lead within key accounts, building trusted relationships with senior IT and business stakeholders

Translate customer objectives into scalable, future-ready architectures

Design and deliver solutions across Cisco’s full portfolio (Networking, Security, Data Center, Cloud, AI)

Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs), pilots, and technical validations

Conduct executive briefings and technical workshops

Align Cisco innovation with evolving customer needs

Drive strategic technology adoption in the UAE market

Your work will directly influence customer decisions and reinforce Cisco’s market leadership in Dubai’s rapidly evolving tech ecosystem.

✅ Minimum Qualifications

5+ years in presales, solution architecture, or consultative technical roles

Strong experience in routing, switching, and networking platform design

Deep understanding of Cisco architectures and cross-portfolio integration

Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for executive audiences

Proven consultative selling experience aligned to business outcomes

Experience collaborating with internal engineering, CX, and partner teams

Strong multicultural collaboration skills

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE) or equivalent

Experience in cloud-native technologies (K8s, Docker), CI/CD, DevOps

Knowledge of SD-WAN, SASE, ACI, DNA, AI Ops/ML Ops

Programming or scripting capability

UAE/GCC market experience

Arabic language proficiency (plus)

Thought leadership and cross-architecture design experience
