Boeing is seeking an experienced Quality Production Specialist to support the F-15 Qatar Program under Boeing Global Services. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and quality assurance across military aircraft operations.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Review contracts, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications
• Maintain and deploy Quality directives, policies, and procedures
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Conduct supplier quality reviews and system-level audits
• Analyze nonconforming materials and provide disposition recommendations
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives

✅ Basic Qualifications

• Experience working with F-15 or comparable fighter aircraft
• 3+ years in military aircraft quality/inspection
• 3+ years in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Ability to work variable shifts, weekends, and overtime
• Must be able to obtain U.S. Security Clearance (requires U.S. citizenship)

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years in military aircraft quality
• Direct F-15 platform experience (including weapons systems preferred)
• Previous Quality Assurance background
• Root cause analysis expertise
