How We Started

Founded in 2003 in Jordan, ATS was created to address a critical gap in the aviation industry: ensuring no aircraft remains grounded due to supply chain challenges.

What began as a spare parts distributor quickly evolved into a global service provider. Through reliability, transparency, and a people-first philosophy, ATS became a trusted extension of customers’ teams worldwide.

Following a strategic rebrand, the ATS Group now includes three specialized divisions:

ATS Aviation – Aviation parts sourcing and supply chain solutions
ATS Technic – Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) services
ATS Medical – Essential medical equipment and healthcare supplies

The Founding of ATS Technic

In 2022, ATS established ATS Technic in Dubai as the first independent EASA-certified line maintenance organization in the UAE.

Strategically located within Dubai’s rapidly growing aviation ecosystem, ATS Technic delivers:

ATS Technic has partnered with the Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) to develop a state-of-the-art base maintenance hangar at Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC), further strengthening its position as a key aviation partner in the region.

The Founding of ATS Medical

In 2020, during the global COVID-19 pandemic, ATS expanded its expertise into healthcare by launching ATS Medical.

Leveraging the global sourcing network built through ATS Aviation, ATS Medical quickly became a trusted provider of:
