Role-Specific Job Requirements

Supervisor Welding	7–15 years in Oil & Gas welding supervision (Minimum 5 years GCC/Gulf experience preferred).	CSWIP 3.1 or equivalent welding inspection certification preferred.
Supervisor Rigging	7–15 years supervising heavy rigging and lifting operations on Oil & Gas projects.	Valid, recognized third-party rigging/lifting supervisor certification required.
Supervisor E&I	7–15 years in Oil & Gas electrical and instrumentation construction (Minimum 5 years GCC experience preferred).	Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
Supervisor Scaffolding / Inspector	7–15 years in scaffolding supervision and site safety inspection.	CISRS (Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme) or equivalent credential preferred.
Supervisor Equipment (Rotary / Static)	7–15 years supervising the mechanical installation of rotating and static heavy equipment. Mandatory direct installation background.	Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Supervisor E&P	7–15 years managing E&P plant operations and equipment maintenance (GCC/UAE background preferred).	Relevant Technical Diploma or ITI (Industrial Training Institute) trade qualification.
Supervisor Mechanical Piping	7–10 years supervising mechanical piping fabrication and construction in major Oil & Gas facilities (UAE/GCC experience preferred).	Diploma or B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering.

General Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for consideration, applicants must meet the following general standards:

Industry Experience: Demonstrated background in EPC construction, LNG plants, refineries, petrochemical processing, or large-scale industrial maintenance projects.
Operator Exposure: Direct project exposure with ADNOC or other major Gulf region operators is highly advantageous.
Communication & Safety Skills: Strong professional English communication capabilities along with strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Quality Control protocols.
