2. Bustanica: Fully acquired by EKFC, Bustanica is one of the world’s largest indoor vertical hydroponic farms. Located near Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC), it produces pesticide-free leafy greens using 95% less water than traditional agriculture, directly supplying Emirates flights and local UAE supermarkets.
3. Linencraft: One of the Middle East’s largest commercial laundry plants. It processes over 200 tons of laundry and dry cleaning daily for airlines, luxury hotel chains, and healthcare clients across the UAE.
4. Event & Lounge Catering: Manages ground dining operations across airport lounges (including First & Business Class lounges, flydubai, and Star Alliance) as well as major international events (such as the Dubai Airshow).

• On-Site Biodigesters: Utilizes high-capacity aerobic biodigesters (such as the Power Knot LFC system) at central facilities to process organic food waste on-site, drastically lowering landfill reliance.

Responsibilities

• Observe and comply with UAE traffic rules with respect to the vehicle fleet size and report any health and safety hazards to immediate head.
• Assist in conducting drive test on new vehicles.
• Ensures vehicles are loaded correctly to avoid potential accidents with shifting loads making the vehicle unbalanced.
• Finds alternate routes and use prudent judgement in following logical sequences to reduce time, improve efficiency and fuel consumption.
• Maintain accurate daily trips sheets and provide necessary data to the operations Assistant.
• Pick up and return processed items/linens to the various customers as per the schedule and adhoc requests thus ensuring satisfied customers.
• Maintain hygiene in the vehicle by removing dirt and soil on a regular basis depending on the usage, thus ensuring a well-maintained fleet and by minimizing the likelihood of contamination to the linen.
• Deals with the customers both external and internal in a polite and professional manner.

Qualifications

Education Qualification:

• High School Certificate,
• UAE License for Light Duty vehicles (must have)   

Work Experience: 

Years of Experience: 2 years’ experience of driving on UAE roads.

Skills:

• Good communication skills.
