Career Opportunity: Document Controller

Department: Facilities & Operations Services

Miral Experiences is seeking a Document Controller responsible for managing and maintaining technical and operational documentation in accordance with company governance policies and document lifecycle standards. This role supports maintenance operations, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness across facilities and attractions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and control technical documents, manuals, drawings, and operational records
Maintain document registers, revision history, and traceability logs
Administer Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
Manage physical document archives and document control rooms
Support internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and system updates
Train staff on document control procedures and best practices

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

Vocational Diploma or Certificate
Minimum 3 years of experience in document control or records management
Strong understanding of document lifecycle management and version control
Proficiency in MS Office and EDMS platforms

Desirable

Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical)
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience with CMMS systems and ISO documentation standards
