Finance Officer – Accounts Receivables

This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial accuracy, billing management, and revenue reconciliation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy of invoicing and manage billing system interfaces
Deliver invoices to customers on time and accurately
Monitor unposted receipts and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues
Review bank guarantees for agents and customers to ensure compliance with security levels
Monitor IATA default agents and coordinate with GSA and RCSM teams for resolution
Reconcile customer billing accounts with the revenue ledger
Perform month-end closing activities and revenue billing accruals
Ensure all accounting activities comply with IFRS accounting standards
Support internal and external audit processes
Assist the tax department with billing-related queries
Coordinate with accounts receivable, credit collections, and general ledger teams

Education & Experience Requirements

Candidates applying for this role should meet the following criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (minimum requirement)
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting
Knowledge of SAP ERP systems is preferred
Experience handling large customer bases and high transaction volumes
Strong time management and organizational skills
Good written and spoken communication skills
