🩺 Patient Care & Clinical Practice

Deliver total patient care using the Scientific Nursing Process, aligned with International Patient Safety Goals and evidence-based practice.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.
Provide nursing care for patients undergoing procedures with demonstrated clinical competence.
Coordinate with physicians, anesthetists, and other departments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Conduct and document patient and family education in accordance with hospital policy.
Ensure proper transfer and safekeeping of patient files prior to surgery.

📋 Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate, confidential, and legally compliant medical records.
Adhere to patient rights, statutory requirements, and professional codes of ethics.
Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), infection control, and waste management policies.
Report hazards, incidents, and near misses; assist with risk assessments and incident documentation.
Attend mandatory OSH and infection control training and mock drills.

Coordinate appointments, treatments, and readiness of medical reports.
Liaise with insurance coordinators to secure prior approvals for investigations and procedures.

Current nursing license in country of origin.

Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Good English communication skills (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage.
Basic computer literacy skills preferred.
