The Ministry of Interior has issued a warning to the public about fraudulent messages falsely claiming to be from the ministry regarding traffic violations. These messages attempt to pressure recipients by threatening extra penalties if fines are not paid within a set period.

The ministry stressed that such messages are scams and advised the public not to engage with them, avoid clicking on unknown links, and never share personal or banking details with unverified sources. Citizens and residents were urged to rely only on official platforms and channels for information related to traffic fines and government services.
