Kuwait City:The General Fire Force carried out an inspection campaign on Tuesday in the Shuwaikh Industrial Area and Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh, leading to the closure of several businesses and action against 131 violating establishments and shops.

The Fire Department said the inspections were conducted in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Public Authority for Industry, and Kuwait Municipality.

The campaign aimed to check buildings and facilities that do not meet fire safety and prevention standards and to ensure compliance with approved safety regulations.

The Fire Department confirmed that inspection campaigns will continue to protect public safety and reduce fire risks across the country.
