Kuwait tourism 2025:Recent data published by the American magazine CEOWORLD revealed that Kuwait ranked among the top 10 most attractive Arab destinations for tourists in 2025. According to the report, Kuwait secured the seventh position in the Arab world and ranked 49th globally, receiving a total of 8.56 million visitors, as reported by CNN.

CNN also highlighted that the Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) expects the value of Kuwait’s tourism sector to rise significantly—from $522 million in 2021 to approximately $1.13 billion by the end of this year.

Additionally, the American network noted that revenues from Kuwait’s food services market reached around $3.25 billion in 2024. According to global market research platform Scots International, the sector is projected to grow to $4.88 billion by 2029, at a compound annual growth rate of 8.4%.

The UAE topped the list of “Arab Countries Most Attractive to Tourists in 2025,” reflecting strong growth in the tourism industry across the Arab region, especially among GCC countries.
